These guided, substance-free art experiences are designed for all ages and skill levels, offering a welcoming space to slow down, create, and connect with others. Each last Wednesday of the month, participants will explore a different hands-on art activity-from fiber and collage to mindful making and mixed media. Art is a powerful tool for mental health, helping reduce stress, support emotional expression, and foster a sense of belonging.
