The Poe Project 2026: Spooky Cosplay Adventure

Have you ever wanted to go on an adventure as a spooky, scary, or haunting creature? Come join us for a hike at the Kindred Reserve Open Space Park! We’ll meet in the parking area around 11:00 am, and start our hike at 11:15 - We will make sure to post here which direction we go to start, so you can try and catch up if you’re late.
Make sure to bring:
-Water. The average weather records say it should be around 55° to 65°at 11am, but cosplay can get warm. Make sure you can stay comfortably hydrated, because while dehydration is spooky, it definitely isn’t healthy.
-Comfortable Shoes. These trails, while fairly well maintained, are not paved, and so it’s important to prioritize function over fashion when it comes to your footwear on this one. Yes I know your hiking boots don’t go with your Addams Family costume. Maybe put some fake spiders on them to tie it together, because your feet and ankles will thank you.
-Sunscreen. Sunburns suck, and no one wants to deal with one when lurking around.
-A sense of adventure! Because that’s why we’re out here at all, right?
