B. KLUGE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT has begun. Residents and motorists

8:00 am. Towing will be enforced

VIII. PUBLIC HEARING I
A. ORDINANCE 2026-05 Text amendment to the Palisade Land Development Code
Section 5.01 Zoning Map
The Board of Trustees will consider a townwide rezoning to ensure alignment with the
2022 Comprehensive Plan and adopted policies, with evaluation based on property
suitability, infrastructure capacity, balanced land use demand, and legal zoning purposes.

The Board of Trustees will consider awarding the contracts for the Sewer Transfer
Project.

enter into contract with Native Sun Construction for the Lift Station construction
portion of the Sewer Transfer Project for $5,457,795.00 upon approval of the

enter into contract with Landmark EPC for sections one and two of the sewer line
construction portion of the Sewer Transfer Project for $6,976,367.49 upon
approval of the United States Department of Agriculture.

enter into contract with Mountain Valley Contracting for the lagoon abandonment
portion of the Sewer Transfer Project for an $1,240,830.00 upon approval of the
United States Department of Agriculture.
B. Ordinance 2026-06 - Sewer Pipeline Construction Loan Note Series 2026 to clarify
the authorized maximum net effective interest rate
The Board of Trustees will consider Ordinance 2026-06 to approve the execution and
delivery of the construction loan, Series 2026, and to clarify the authorized maximum net
effective interest rate on the Series 2026 note.

time. The Board may direct staff to look into specific comments to bring back as an Agenda item
at a future meeting; however, the Board reserves the right to clarify information from comments
that are factually incorrect.
All emails sent to the Town Clerk for public comment will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees.
Any member of the public who wishes to have a statement or email read to the Board of Trustees
is required to appear in person and make said statements to the Board directly.
