Section 5.01 Zoning Map
The Board of Trustees will consider a townwide rezoning to ensure alignment with the
2022 Comprehensive Plan and adopted policies, with evaluation based on property
suitability, infrastructure capacity, balanced land use demand, and legal zoning purposes.

Permit Services.

The Board of Trustees will consider an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for regional
collaboration on the attribution of affordable housing units for the Proposition 123 unit
credit.

that are factually incorrect.
All emails sent to the Town Clerk for public comment will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees.
Any member of the public who wishes to have a statement or email read to the Board of Trustees
is required to appear in person and make said statements to the Board directly.
