A. PAV SCULPTURE UNVEILING is Saturday, September 26, 2026, beginning at 5:00 pm at
Craig Gallery, 128 E. 3
rd
Street.
B. PALISADE HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE is Friday, October 2, 2026, at
12:00 pm. Standard parade route road closures will be in effect.
C. PLANNING PALOOZA II will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Participate, share your input, and learn about progress on the Peach Bowl Park Master Plan,
funded by the Colorado Health Foundation. Participation incentives will be available. Town
departments will also be present to answer questions and explain the role and services they
provide.
D. FALL TOWN CLEAN UP DAY will be Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Riverbend Park
parking lot, from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or until dumpsters are full.
E. TRICK-OR-TREAT STREET AND TOUCH A TRUCK will be held Saturday, October 31,
2026, from 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm in downtown Palisade.

VIII. CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda is intended to allow the Board to spend its time on more complex items. These items
are generally perceived as non-controversial and can be approved by a single motion. The public or any
Board Member may ask that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.

IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. RESOLUTION 2026-16: Implement Fees for Sewer Pre-Treatment Program
The Board of Trustees will consider Resolution 2026-16 setting fees for Sewer Pretreatment
Compliance.

address. Neither the Board of Trustees nor staff will respond to comments at this time. The Board may
direct staff to look into specific comments to bring back as an Agenda item at a future meeting; however,
the Board reserves the right to clarify information from comments that are factually incorrect.
All emails sent to the Town Clerk for public comment will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees. Any
member of the public who wishes to have a statement or email read to the Board of Trustees is required
to appear in person and make said statements to the Board directly.
