The City of Durango invites residents to an open house forum on October 27 to review concepts for the City Hall and Police Department project.

Durango, CO: **The City of Durango invites community members to get the latest information on the City Hall and Police Department project at the upcoming Engage Durango Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.

The event will feature an open house where residents can drop in at any time, connect directly with city staff, ask questions, and learn more about this project or other city projects and initiatives.

Tuesday’s open house will feature display boards with renderings and proposed concepts for the historic campus and Police Department, along with information about the 12th St., Gardens, Rose Garden, and public art. Community members can view the materials at their own pace and ask questions directly of city staff and project consultants. Staff will also share how community feedback gathered throughout the project has helped informed design considerations. There will be no formal presentation, and community members are welcome to arrive and leave at any point during the event.
