The surface is singletrack, and the trail is open to both directions. Access is available year-round with parking provided at the trailhead. Dogs are permitted but must be leashed. The optimal riding season extends from April through October, though snowmelt and weather conditions can affect trail status. The trail allows hiking and horseback riding but excludes motorcycles and ATVs.
