The facility operates from November through April at an elevation of 8,401 feet, with a typical activity duration of about eight hours. The terrain spans 3,342 acres of lift-served land with a vertical drop of 4,406 feet. Snowmass Mountain is the largest of the four, featuring burly steeps, inviting glades, and endless bumps, jumps, and groomers. Specific snowboarding infrastructure includes three terrain parks and two halfpipes. The resort is noted for its density, with approximately two people per acre, providing significant elbow room.
