Big Creek Campground sits on the Grand Mesa near Cedaredge at an elevation of approximately 10,130 to 10,145 feet. The site is accessible via Forest Road 121 off the Grand Mesa Scenic Byway. It operates seasonally from May through September. The campground features spacious campsites with fire rings and picnic tables, situated among spruce and fir trees near Big Creek Reservoir. Amenities include parking, clean vault restrooms, and a camp host. The area supports hiking, fishing, and paddle sports. Sites are generally shady with a maximum spur length of 33 feet.
