The Blue Lakes Trailhead in Breckenridge leads to Upper and Lower Blue Lakes, which are reservoirs accessible via gravel roads. This is not the Blue Lakes Trail in the San Juan Mountains near Ridgway. The route offers parking without reservations and allows pets on leash.
