Cheddar Brat is a 5.11a YDS sport, 40 ft (12 m) located in Ouray vicinity > Colby's Corner (Ridgway). First ascent by Matt Hepp. This has wild moves up a steep arete. Bring a finger-sized cam if you're nervous getting to the first bolt. It is tricky past the steep bits. You'll get a cheddar brat if you bungle the crux. Protection: This is in the right end alcove of Colby's Corner. It is the 2nd bolted route from the right.
