The campground sits within a ponderosa pine forest and provides direct access to the 5-acre Manitou Lake. Facilities include 79 reservable campsites, vault toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, and fire rings. The site accommodates RVs and trailers up to 100 feet in length, though access roads can be rough. Amenities such as electric hookups are available for an additional fee. The campground operates from late May through early September. Recreational activities centered on the adjacent lake include trout fishing, canoeing, and bird watching. A short paved trail connects the campground to the Centennial Bike Trail. Bear activity is common in the area, and fire restrictions may apply. Woodland Park offers nearby supplies and dining.
