Hikers access the trails via County Road 9, which runs through the ranch toward the Uncompahgre Plateau. The hiking difficulty is moderate, with trails typically taking about two hours to complete. Parking is available on site, and pets are permitted. The area offers views of the San Juan Mountains, including Mount Sneffels and Mount Snuffles. Access is generally open year-round from January to December, though trail conditions vary with the season. The land adjacent to County Road 9 is private property owned by Ralph Lauren, while the road itself remains public.
