The trail is classified as moderate difficulty and connects to the Whiskey Tango Express and Balanced Rock trails. It serves as a key component of the local moto Loop 3 network, meaning riders should expect shared use with motorcycles and navigate around dirt whoops. The route offers fast, flowing singletrack with one short, punchy climb near the start and scattered rocky outcroppings. Lower Faceplant provides a challenging black diamond alternative, featuring three technical features and a moderately steep gravel climb to the mesa top. Parking is available near the trailhead, and pets are permitted. The trails are generally accessible from April through October.
