Hard Kor is a sport climbing route located on the Western Slope near Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The route is approximately 60 feet long and sits at an elevation of 6,161 feet. It is classified as difficult and is suitable for experienced climbers. Access requires a waiver submission to the property manager, Ken Headrick, as the area is private property within the Puoux (and Super Puoux) section of the Defiance Cave Preserve. Climbers must email the completed waiver form to [email protected] before climbing. Parking is available at the site, and pets are permitted. The route features crimps, good holds, and a bulge, leading to a ledge that marks the end of the main pitch. Four additional bolts are often fixed beyond the main anchors. The area is accessible year-round.
