Joe's Ridge is a moderate hiking trail in Fruita, Colorado, located off 18 Road near the upper parking lot. The route spans approximately 2.7 miles as a point-to-point path, typically taking about one hour to complete. The trail begins with a gentle climb on Frontside Trail before reaching the ridge, where it descends toward Mitchell Road. Hikers cross Kessel Run and 18 Road before finishing with a short downhill to the Cow Pond intersection. The upper section offers scenic views and more tree cover than surrounding trails, while the lower section is less distinct. The trail allows hiking, dogs, bikes, and horses. It is accessible year-round but is best visited from April through October. Parking is available at the trailhead.
