Marmot Run is a paved, universally accessible trail in the Dallas Creek Day Use area of Ridgway State Park, near Ridgway, Colorado. The route runs along the east shore of the Uncompahgre River and the Ridgway Reservoir. Official state data lists the trail at 1.7 to 1.8 miles long with an elevation range of 6,860 to 6,919 feet. It is rated as easy and allows leashed dogs and bicycles. The trail connects the south end of the state park to the town of Ridgway, continuing as the Uncompahgre River trail. It is named for the marmots found at its southern end. Amenities include picnic sites and restrooms. The trail is open year-round for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing.
