The Mountain Wedding Garden is a moderate hiking destination in Mt. Crested Butte, located at 911 Gothic Road, approximately three miles north of downtown and one mile north of the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area. Situated at 9,483 feet, the site offers sweeping views of the Elk Mountains and is characterized by wildflower-filled grounds, a covered pavilion, and a flagstone vows area. The trail is accessible year-round, though the venue is closed for improvements during the 2027 season. The hike typically takes about two hours to complete and is considered suitable for those with some hiking experience. Parking is available on site, though it is limited and shared with the adjacent public park which features a playground and tennis courts. The location is pet friendly, and amenities include nearby restrooms and electricity at the venue.
