Orvis Hot Springs is a natural, clothing-optional hot springs resort and campground located in Ridgway, Colorado, at the base of the San Juan Mountains. The site combines camping with immediate access to mineral pools, offering a unique experience where the hot springs are the primary attraction. Campers pay for lodging and receive two days of soaking access, including 24-hour entry to the ponds, pool, and tubs. The water is natural lithium water, unheated and untreated, with temperatures ranging from 65 to 112 degrees. The campground accommodates both tents and vehicles, with RVs limited to 30 feet and no electrical, water, or sewer hookups. Sites include fire pits and raised platforms for tents. Facilities provide showers, toilets, and a community kitchen. The site is pet-friendly and allows fires. Access is via County Road 3, with parking available for vehicles.
