Roxborough State Park offers a unique hiking experience during the fall season, with the moderate trails taking visitors through a stunning landscape of red rock formations. The trails, which can be completed in approximately 2 hours, wind through a mix of grasslands and wooded areas, providing scenic views of the surrounding foothills. From September to November, the fall foliage adds to the park's natural beauty, with the changing colors of the trees and shrubs contrasting with the red rock. Visitors can access the trails from the parking area and take advantage of the available restrooms, and pets are also permitted in the park.
