Snotty Nosed Brat is a rock and ice climbing area located in Silverton, Colorado, on the Western Slope. Situated at an elevation of 11,490 feet, it offers moderate difficulty routes suitable for climbers with some experience. The site features parking and allows pets. Climbers typically spend around 4 hours on the routes, which are accessible year-round from January to December. The area is part of the San Juan Mountains and provides an authentic alpine climbing environment with varied terrain. Evidence from Mountain Project indicates the route is approximately 400 feet long and can be climbed as trad or ice, with grades ranging from WI3 to WI5 depending on ice conditions. The approach involves a steep and bushy section, which is noted as harder than other local approaches. Descent is possible via rappel from a large tree using double ropes. The location is near South Mineral Creek Road, and recent fire evacuation orders have been in effect in the CriticalGold Mountain area.
