About
Telluride Town Park Campground is the only designated overnight camping area within the town limits, located between the San Miguel River and Bear Creek on the east end of town. It serves as a convenient base for accessing downtown dining and the River Trail. The site is open from May 15 through October 4, with specific booking windows and festival blackout dates (Bluegrass, Jazz, Blues and Brews) that restrict general reservations. Amenities include drinking water, restrooms with showers, picnic tables, and Wi-Fi. Sites accommodate tents and small RVs. The campground is pet-friendly year-round, though pets are prohibited during festival blackout periods. Reservations are required and managed online via Campspot; walk-up camping is not available.
