Vega Reservoir is a fishing destination located on Grand Mesa at an elevation of 8000 feet. The easy access and gentle terrain make it a suitable spot for anglers of all skill levels. From April through October, visitors can expect to find trout and other fish species in the reservoir, with parking and restrooms available to support a 4-hour fishing trip. As a pet-friendly location, anglers are also welcome to bring their dogs along, making it a convenient and enjoyable outdoor experience.
