Riders climb via Aldasoro Trail and Penelope's Cruise, traversing the west side of Deep Creek Trail #418. The path ascends to its highest point in the high country before descending through Eider Creek Trail #417 and Mill Creek Road to the Valley Floor Trail. The loop returns to the starting point at Lawson Hill, which serves as the Tribe Gathering headquarters. Parking is available at the trailhead, and the route is pet-friendly. The typical riding season extends from April through October, contingent on snowmelt and weather conditions.
