About
We are the Town of Frisco, a small mountain community of just under two square miles sitting at 9,097 feet in Summit County. Affectionately known as Main Street to the Rockies, our charming downtown serves as an ideal basecamp for adventure just 90 minutes from Denver. We offer a laidback mountain town experience surrounded by public land and next to Dillon Reservoir, providing access to skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, sailing, and camping. Our amenities include the Frisco Adventure Park, Nordic Center, Historic Park & Museum, and a Marina on the shores of Dillon Reservoir. We host year-round festivals and races, including the Colorado Cup borrow-and-return reusable drinkware program at local coffee shops and interactive pop-up events like Picnic with a Burro. With 35 hotels, inns, and B&Bs alongside 34 restaurants and bars, we ensure plenty of places to rest, relax, and resupply after your outdoor pursuits. Our proximity to six ski resorts, including Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Vail, makes us the perfect springboard for your Rocky Mountain getaway.
