Lost Trail Campground

Set inside the Rio Grande National Forest near Creede, Lost Trail Campground serves as a practical base for accessing the region’s extensive trail networks. The surrounding forest spans 1.83 million acres, offering diverse ecosystems that range from high elevation desert at 7,600 feet to rocky crags exceeding 14,300 feet in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
