Our Pole Barn Bunkhouse sits within Honey Rock Landing, a Delta, Colorado property defined by its unique orchard ecosystem. We grow peaches in an Upland Saline region, a rare soil type covering less than five percent of the United States. This distinctive terrain, rich in complex minerals rather than just salt, combines with pure mountain snowmelt from the Colorado Rockies to create ideal conditions for fruit development. The high elevation and intense summer sunshine, which provide up to sixteen hours of light daily, allow our peaches to ripen fully and develop their signature sweetness. Guests staying in our bunkhouse enjoy lodging accommodations surrounded by this scenic Western Colorado landscape.
