We have been serving Delta since our food truck days, finally settling into a brick-and-mortar restaurant where locals now gather for authentic Mexican cuisine. Our menu highlights classic preparations like chilaquiles, which remain one of the few places in town to find them, alongside rich options like buche, trips, and chorizo. The fish tacos are a standout, often served with a distinctive chipotle sauce that customers swear by. You can wash it all down with some of the best margaritas in town, a drink so good it might just make your hand look small. We pride ourselves on a friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff who make every visit feel like a return to a favorite spot.
