At 828 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 26 miles northwest of Nucla, or 30 miles northeast of La Sal, moving north at 30 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Mesa County.This includes Colorado 141 between mile markers 123 and 143.
