At 217 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the extreme southern portions of the Lee burn scar.
