At 734 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 26 miles southeast of Manila, moving east at 20 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Uintah and southeastern Daggett Counties.This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 381 and 392. Colorado 318 between mile markers 1 and 4.
