At 339 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 25 miles south of Rangely, or 43 miles north of Grand Junction, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Rio Blanco County.

This includes Colorado 139 between mile markers 41 and 56.
