At 401 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Dolores, or 34 miles west of Durango, moving east at 20 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.Locations impacted include... Cortez, Mancos, and Dolores.This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 160 in Colorado between mile markers 41 and 50, and between mile markers 53 and 61, and near mile marker 63. Colorado 145 between mile markers 2 and 21, and between mile markers 28 and 34.
