At 901 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Eastland, or 13 miles southeast of Monticello, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Eastland.

This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 491 in Colorado between mile markers 63 and 69. U.S. Highway 491 in Utah between mile markers 15 and 17. Colorado 141 near mile marker 1.
