For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning.

IMPACTS

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
