At 303 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Mancos, or 20 miles west of Durango, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Mancos, La Plata, Mayday, and Hesperus.

This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 160 in Colorado between mile markers 51 and 73. Colorado 140 near mile marker 23.
