West central Montrose County in west central Colorado... Southwestern Mesa County in west central Colorado...

•Until 630 PM MDT.

•At 554 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 16 miles west of

Nucla, or 24 miles east of La Sal, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
