At 349 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain over the Deer Creek Burn Scar. Between 0.3 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Lighter rain is currently falling but the threat of Flash flooding from earlier rain is still a threat.Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through local basins including La Sal Creek and Twomile Creek Basins. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
