Description
The City of Montrose is requesting formal proposals/bids through the Request for Proposal process to replace the pumphouse serving the irrigation system at Rotary Park. In addition to the replacement of the pumphouse, this project includes upgrades to the intake system and installation of the specified pump unit and filtration units. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on July 29th at 9:00AM at Rotary Park at 534 S. 12th St Montrose, CO. Bids shall be submitted electronically to using the subject title “Rotary Park Pumphouse Replacement” and will be publicly received on Tuesday August 18th 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Public Works Facility at 1221 6450 Rd. Montrose, CO 81401. Late proposals will not be accepted, and it is the responsibility of proposers to ensure that bids (including signed addenda) arrive by 2:00 PM on the date listed above.
