Chokeslam is a sport climbing route located in Rifle Mountain Park, near Rifle, Colorado. The route is approximately 60 feet long and is classified as difficult. It is situated on limestone of the Leadville formation, which is known for blocky, steep climbing with pockets and crimps. The route was first ascended by Jeff Hansen in 2018. Access involves taking three fixed draws after the adjacent route Pile Driver to reach the anchors. The climb features a series of jumpy moves and liebacking before easing into a finishing jug. Parking is available at the site, and pets are permitted. The area is generally accessible year-round, though Rifle Mountain Park sees higher traffic from May through September. The specific route shares anchors with a new route to the right, which may result in awkward anchor clipping until separate anchors are installed.
