Glenwood Canyon offers a moderate fall hiking experience, with trails that follow the Colorado River and wind through the canyon's unique rock formations. The route is approximately 2 hours to complete, and hikers can expect to traverse a mix of dirt paths and possibly some rocky or uneven terrain. From September to November, the canyon's fall foliage is on display, with the changing leaves of cottonwood and box elder trees adding to the scenic beauty of the area. Parking is available, and pets are permitted to accompany hikers on the trail.
