Lower Rock'N'Roll is a short, moderate hiking trail located in Paonia, Colorado, on the Western Slope. It functions primarily as a downhill connector trail, descending from the Upper Plumbers Crack route on Jumbo Ridge. The trail begins as you descend off Jumbo Ridge; while other options veer left or right, staying straight leads onto Lower Rock'N'Roll. The route continues until it reaches a lower intersection with the Zippidy Doo Da, Raydar Love, and Twist and Shout trails. The trail is 0.5 miles long and sits at an elevation of 5,681 feet. It is accessible year-round from January to December. Parking is available at the trailhead. The terrain includes steep sections followed by short, quick uphills. Dogs are permitted off-leash. The trail is generally considered moderate in difficulty.
