About
Mountain Off-Road Enterprises in Delta, Colorado, serves as a trailhead for hiking along West Brush Creek Road. Located at 685 Highway 92, the site sits at an elevation of 4,942 feet. The trail offers moderate difficulty and typically takes about two hours to complete. Parking is available on-site, and the area is pet-friendly. The route begins by branching from Brush Creek Road or Pearl Pass, climbing a shelf road with rocky and rutted sections. Most high-clearance vehicles can navigate the initial ascent, though careful line selection is advised. The road continues past designated campsites, including a fork where Deer Creek Road branches left. Staying right leads to campsite WB 2 and a subsequent muddy, rutted section considered the trail's hardest point. A spur road to the right descends toward campsites WB 3, 4, and 5 near the river. Further along, the road crosses a creek bed that may require caution during high seasonal flows due to limited turnaround space. The trail climbs past various obstacles, offering camping at eight clearly marked sites along the way.
