Palisade Basecamp RV Resort is a 14-acre campground and RV park located in Palisade, Colorado, on the Western Slope. The site sits along the Colorado River, positioned between fruit orchards and wine vineyards in Palisade’s wine country. It is located near Interstate 70, Highway 6, and the Fruit and Wine Byway on North River Road. The resort offers RV sites with full hookups, campervan sites, riverside tent camping areas, and all-season cabins that sleep up to four guests. The facility is open year-round, though typical camping activity occurs from May through September. It is pet-friendly, with cabins allowing pets for a small fee. On-site amenities include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a swimming pool, and Wi-Fi. A general store sells Colorado-made beer, wine, snacks, and camping essentials. The campground provides access to local activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and mountain biking.
