Hiking is permitted on these trails, which are suitable for a moderate outing lasting about two hours. The area is accessible from September through November, with parking available on-site. Leashed pets are allowed. The terrain is generally dry and firm, though hikers should account for uneven surfaces and variable weather conditions typical of the Western Slope.
