The Anvil offers moderate rock climbing opportunities at an elevation of 8597 feet. Climbers can expect a 4-hour outing, and the site is accessible year-round, from January through December. As with many climbing areas in the region, climbers should be prepared for variable weather conditions and potential snow cover during winter months.
