Trail is in good condition. Traction is good with minimal obstacles.
Tower Road, a moderate mountain biking trail, spans a relatively low elevation of 1615 feet, making it accessible to riders during the warmer months from April through October. The route is characterized by its dirt road surface, which can be prone to washboarding and loose gravel, particularly after rainfall. Parking is available at the trailhead, and riders are allowed to bring their pets along. As with many trails in the Fruita area, the scenery is dominated by desert landscapes and rocky outcroppings, with the surrounding terrain offering a mix of gentle slopes and occasional steep pitches.
