Unknown 3 is a 5.10 YDS sport, 70 ft (21 m) located in Grand Junction > Swimming Hole. First ascent by unknown. This is the third climb from the left. This route climbs straight up on some flakey ledges with many good rest points. This continues until around the 10th clip which then heads to the right. An extended draw would be useful since there might be some serious rope drag if not. The crux requires use of a high right foot, right hand pocket, and mantle with the left hand. Protection: It is two routes right of Unknown. Per Samson Drake: it’s just to the right of the rock pointing to the river.
