About

Zip Off is a 1.9-mile singletrack connector trail in Fruita, Colorado, linking the 18 Road parking lot area to Western Zippity. It serves as an alternate route to avoid riding the doubletrack road, providing direct access to the Zippity trail network. The trail is classified as easy and is suitable for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash. The route begins south from the 18 Road parking lot, passing near Kessel Run and Mojoe trails before crossing a cattleguard and ascending a few short, steep hills. It is managed by the BLM Colorado Grand Junction Field Office.
