About
We created TRIBE to be a sanctuary for regulation, relationship, and remembrance right here in Steamboat Springs. Our studio operates on three simple yet profound pillars: gathering, healing, and learning. We believe that community becomes medicine, awareness transforms us, and regulation restores our rhythm.
Our healing modalities are designed to work across the body’s interconnected systems. We combine light for cellular vitality, sound for neurological regulation, and heat for physiological release. Through breathwork, scanning, and energy-based therapies, we help you restore balance and reconnect with how you want to feel. Quick resets and immersive restoration sessions alike support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
We also offer classes, workshops, and discussions that cultivate awareness and growth. You can explore movement, metaphysics, nature-based learning, or creativity in our community-led sessions. We design these gatherings to inspire presence, conversation, and connection. From storytelling to music, each event is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others.
At TRIBE, healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about restoring safety and relationship within ourselves and with one another. We support whole-person well-being through movement, breath, sound, education, ceremony, and conscious social experiences. Move, heal, learn, create, or simply take a breath in our welcoming and inclusive environment. Our goal is to help you regulate, relate, and remember who you are.
